AND WELLNESS LTD – Osteopathy Services

1. Appointments and Cancellations
All appointments must be booked in advance via email, or our online booking system.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a full charge of the treatment fee.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your slot, but we may not be able to offer the full session.

2. Fees and Payment
Fees for consultations and treatments are clearly displayed on our website and available upon request.

​

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.

We accept payment by [cash, debit/credit card, bank transfer, or any other method you offer].

If you are claiming through private health insurance, it is your responsibility to confirm your policy coverage and submit claims. We can provide receipts upon request.

3. Health and Safety
Please inform your practitioner of any changes to your health, medical history, or medication at each appointment.

We may refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest to proceed.

Osteopathic treatment is generally safe, but like all healthcare interventions, it carries some risk. You will be asked to provide informed consent before treatment begins.

4. Children and Vulnerable Adults
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We do not currently treat patients under the age of 16.

A chaperone must be present for treatments involving vulnerable adults, as appropriate.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website or upon request.

All records are kept confidential and secure, and we will not share your information without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

​

6. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone behaving in an abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate manner.

Clients are expected to treat practitioners and staff with courtesy and respect.

7. Results and Guarantees
While osteopathy can help relieve symptoms and improve wellbeing, we do not guarantee specific results.

Progress may vary depending on individual health conditions, lifestyle, and compliance with treatment plans.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your failure to disclose relevant health information.

​

Our liability for any claims arising out of treatment is limited to the amount covered by our professional indemnity insurance.

9. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website and in clinic.

By attending appointments, you agree to be bound by the latest version of our Terms and Conditions.
