Meet Henry

Henry is a passionate osteopath who blends his deep knowledge of anatomy and musculoskeletal health to offer exceptional care in the heart of Barnes. He takes time to understand not just your symptoms, but your lifestyle, movement patterns and goals.

Rather than offering temporary relief, Henry focuses on diagnosing and treating the root causes of pain and dysfunction, then gives you the tools to stay well between sessions. He uses hands-on techniques to restore movement, reduce strain and support the body's natural healing processes.

Henry qualified in osteopathy at one of the UK's leading institutions, and his approach is thorough, collaborative and patient-centred. Every session is treated as an opportunity to understand you fully, not just the area that hurts.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Miracle Worker! After trying multiple osteopaths with no real difference after consecutive visits over a long time, finding Henry was a game-changer. He is exceptionally friendly and down to earth, making it so easy to talk to him and tailor treatments.Suffering from years of bad posture from working at a desk and also driving for long hours I'm finally back to moving freely without pain and the tension in my neck and shoulder after having treatments with Henry have been almost minimal after year's of suffering.10/10 recommend!"

"I came to Henry with persistent neck and shoulder tension from working at a desk for extended hours. Henry quickly identified the areas that needed attention and gave me practical advice that I could actually stick to and practice at home. I'm now pain free(!) and am going back for maintenance visits only. Would highly recommend!"

"I came in with ongoing neck and shoulder pain that was affecting both my work and sleep. Henry identified issues that no one had explained to me before and gave me practical, easy-to-follow exercises that fitted into my daily routine. I noticed a real improvement and felt much more confident managing the pain. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!"

"I found Henry through a neighbours recommendation, lower back injury had flared up and I was unable to get an appointment with my usual osteo. My first appointment I was extremely guarded and in a lot of pain, I found the treatment careful and considered which was fantastic as I was weary of more pain with someone new. He has a great ability to put you at ease and used a mixture of massage and acupuncture. I felt looser and more at ease walking home, tender for a couple of days as to be expected, but returned again the following week and I can highly recommended! Will definitely be back in future!"
